1 Peter The Duty of a Pastor

I, the fellow elder and witness of the suffering of Christ and partaker in the glory that is about to be revealed, exhort the elders among you, shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion but voluntarily; not with fondness for dishonest gain, but willingly; not as one lording over the possession but becoming an example for the flock.
